Installation

A well-designed system only reaches its full potential when it’s installed correctly.

Got some extra questions?

Getting it right the first time

Skilled workmanship. Detailed design. Satisfied customers.

Even with all the right equipment, we’ve seen people get it wrong time and time again. Whether the equipment is in the wrong order, the pipes are too narrow or the units aren’t properly secured in place; these are details that matter when it comes to the short- and long-term performance of your water filtration system.

In fact, we’ve been called out to correct numerous inadequate installations over the years. Installations that have resulted in premature equipment failure, costly repairs and unsafe water.

At Glenburn, we create neat, high quality and robust systems that look professional while delivering reliable results. Our installations are both timely and thorough, displaying skilled workmanship and prioritising attention to detail.

Our installations

How it works and what to expect.

Efficient

Our estimates will always include everything you need to know about your system design and the installation process, including what we need from you prior to installation (for example, establishing a drainage outlet or connecting an electrical supply) and the projected duration of on-site work.

Simple systems can be installed and commissioned in one day, with more complex systems typically spanning two to three days.

Sometimes unexpected issues can cause delays or necessitate changes to the original plan, but proactive problem solving and strong communication ensure that we find new solutions and carry out all work in the most timely and efficient manner possible.

Logically designed

All of our installations follow a tidy, logical design that takes up minimal space while providing maximum functionality. We believe that the best systems follow a straightforward layout and a user-friendly design approach.

After installation, we’ll run you through how the system works, what maintenance will look like for the system and which points will require more regular checks to ensure the system is working correctly.

We document each of our installations with photographs, so if anything does go wrong we can offer easy and convenient support by explaining how to solve the problem in detail over the phone.

NB. Emergency call-outs can be arranged when required.

Maintenance ready

We’ve seen a lot of poorly installed systems, from upside down equipment to incorrectly sized units. Perhaps the most frustrating are the systems that haven’t been designed with easy and accessible maintenance in mind.

Some don’t leave enough room for the inner components to be taken out, cleaned and replaced, while others require whole units to be disconnected and moved in order to access the equipment hidden behind it.

Maintenance is essential for the health of your water filtration system and it’s something that if factored in at the beginning, you can save yourself time and money in the long run.
